Bellevue House National Historic Site
While the historic house is under renovation, you can wander the site and engage in interpretive programs on the heritage grounds, in the kitchen garden, and heirloom orchard. Explore more of Sir John A. Macdonald’s history including the Many Voices of Confederation at the Visitor Centre.
Have some family fun and pick up an Xplorers booklet to learn as you visit Bellevue House.
Take in an iconic view from the Parks Canada Red Chairs located at the historic site.
Join a Parks Canada interpreter on a guided tour of the heritage property.

The site also features picnic tables, benches, and Parks Canada Red Chairs overlooking the gardens to relax and take in the sights, sounds and smells of the beautiful landscape.
