Fort Mississauga National Historic Site
Fort Mississauga is a large, square, brick defensive tower set within the remains of earthworks on the shoreline of the Niagara River. On the landward side, it is surrounded by golfing greens located within the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Free admission. The site is accessible year-round.
Fort Mississauga Restoration
Niagara-on-the-lake, April 17, 2019 - Please note that there is limited access to Fort Mississauga due to restoration work occurring on the Tower. There will be restricted access to the flats within the earthworks but visitors will still have access to the observation deck at this time.
