Invitation for young professionals - 2026 IPAC Leadership Summit
Dear Colleagues,
We encourage New Professionals across Parks Canada to participate in the 2026 IPAC Leadership Summit, taking place virtually on March 5, 2026. This year, IPAC is offering free complimentary access for New Professionals (employees within their first seven years in the public service), making this a great opportunity to grow their leadership skills at no cost.
This year’s theme, “Shaping the Future of Public Service Leadership,” brings together inspiring speakers, interactive panels, and hands-on workshops exploring innovation, equity, resilience, and integrity in the public service.
You’ll also see some familiar faces from Parks Canada:
- Andrew Campbell, A/PCEO & Senior Vice-President, Transformation, will be a panellist.
- Lila Turenne, Senior Director, Workforce Engagement Branch, Human Resources, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
If you are looking to strengthen your leadership abilities, gain fresh perspectives, or connect with public service professionals from across Canada, this is an opportunity you will not want to miss.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. To secure your spot or ask questions, please contact the National Learning Team at the following email address: apprentissage-learning@pc.gc.ca.
Rawan El-Komos
Vice-President, Human Resources and Employee Wellness
