Congratulations to each of you who were recognized with the Golden Alliance Award of Communications Excellence this past week.

This award is an exceptional accomplishment. It speaks directly to what you achieved together, breaking down silos, building strong collaboration across organizations, and delivering work that resonates with Canadians.

What stands out is the passion and excellence behind the work. A clear line to government priorities, strong planning from the outset, and a shared vision that held across multiple organizations. Just as important is how you worked together, with shared accountability, coordinated efforts, and a strong commitment to collaboration.

There is also a clear element of innovation, trying new approaches, using different tools, all at warp speed. And ultimately, the results and impact are clear, Canadians feeling a stronger sense of connection and pride, which is deeply aligned with our mandate.

This is a strong example of what can be done when teams come together around a common objective and stay focused on delivery.
