Conclusion of the third session of collective bargaining

Dear colleagues,

Representatives from the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) and Parks Canada concluded their third round of bargaining on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

The parties engaged in constructive discussions aimed at clarifying their respective positions. In addition, the PSAC bargaining team tabled new proposals, which will be carefully reviewed by the Parks Canada bargaining team.

Parks Canada remains committed to negotiating a fair and equitable collective agreement consistent with its responsibilities as a federal public organization and mindful of the interests and realities of its workforce. We will return at the bargaining table on September 9 and 10, 2026.
