Launch of the Parks Canada Talent Mobility Hub

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to introduce the Parks Canada Talent Mobility Hub – a new space to connect people, skills and opportunities across the organization. This platform aims to increase the visibility of talent available at Parks Canada and to help managers identify profiles that could meet potential needs. I invite you to create your profile and get started today.

The platform allows you to showcase your professional background, your experience, skills, and career aspirations. By creating your profile, you take an active role in your development and increase your visibility with managers and human resources teams, positioning yourself for opportunities such as assignment, acting, deployment or participation in special projects.

While this is a tool designed to support you in your career journey and promote internal mobility, the Hub does not replace staffing processes, priority entitlements or existing pools of candidates. It will also be an additional tool supporting transformation efforts but is not a part of the workforce adjustment process and does not replace the alternation tool.

Creating a profile is voluntary and does not guarantee an appointment or assignment. However, it will help raise awareness of your profile and support consideration for opportunities aligned with your interests.
