There is no road into Churchill but the traveller may wish to drive to Thompson and fly or take the train to Churchill.
By train: VIA Rail has regular train service to the Churchill train station.
By air: Churchill is connected by flights from Winnipeg.
Prince of Wales Fort National Historic Site
Prince of Wales Fort, Sloop Cove and Cape Merry Battery are all readily accessible by local transportation from Churchill, Manitoba.
In Churchill, several commercial companies offer boat transport to Prince of Wales Fort, as well as bus transport and vehicle rentals to Cape Merry.
Parks Canada does not provide transportation to the site.
