Pursuant to subsection 12(1) of the National Historical Parks General Regulations the use of all-terrain vehicles is designated a restricted activity by the superintendent and is prohibited.

This prohibition is in effect until further notice.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
