Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Canal National Historic Site officially kicks off its 2026 boating season!
MONTREAL, Quebec, May 16, 2026 – The Carillon Canal National Historic Site is pleased to welcome boaters for the 2026 boating season. Today, the Parks Canada team is happy to welcome the first boaters of the season!
Whether they’re looking for adventure, fun for the whole family, a chance to explore nature and history, or a break from everyday life, the historic canals administered by Parks Canada in Quebec offer countless fun and unique experiences to suit every visitor’s and boater’s needs. Moreover, as part of the Canada Strong Pass, the Government of Canada is offering this summer free admission (including lockage) to national parks, national historic sites, and national marine conservation areas operated by Parks Canada and a 25% discount on camping fees from June 19 to September 7, 2026.
