What:

Pursuant to subsection 36(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following trail is closed to all traffic and travel by order of the Superintendent:

Trail 7e, Trail 7 south of the junction with Trail 7e, Trail 7d and the area between Trail 18 (Woodpecker Trail), Trail 4e, and Trail 7.

Trails 18 (Woodpecker Trail) Trail 4e, and Trail 7 north of the junction with 7e remain open.

Where:

In Jasper National Park, Trail 7e, Trail 7 south of the junction with 7e, Trail 7d and the area between Trail 18 (Woodpecker Trail), Trail 4e, and Trail 7.

Why:

Wildlife management operations.

Penalty:

Violators may be charged under the Canada National Parks Act: maximum penalty $25 000.
