Single lane alternating traffic is in place from KM 7.5 to KM 8.5.
Drivers should expect short delays.
  • Miette Road is narrow and winding. Trailers and large motorhomes not permitted past Miette campground. Trailer drop-off in Lower Miette Mine Trail Parking lot.
  • Vehicle size restrictions: Maximum length 7.5 metres (25 feet)
August 18 to October 14 Year-round
Snaring Road/Celestine Lake Road
  • October 11, 2024: Snaring Road and Celestine Road fully open for public access.
  • September 13, 2014: Snaring Road and Celestine Road open for public access as far as Moberly Homestead.
  • The Celestine Road is a rough one-way road. High clearance vehicles recommended. No trailers or RVs.
