Pursuant to the Superintendent authority designated under Section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following notice is in effect until further notice :

The use of all watercraft and boating is prohibited on Wolfe Lake from April 1 to July 31, 2026.

No person shall engage in an activity or use or enter and travel in an area that has been designated as restricted or prohibited pursuant to subsection 7(1) otherwise than in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed in a permit issued under subsection 7(5).

This notice is in force until July 31^st, 2026.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
