Dark-Sky Big Canoe Paddle is an evening guided paddle program offered at Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site in July and August.

Description

Paddle among the stars on Kejimkujik Lake. In the Big Canoe, with skilled and experienced guides, you will journey between worlds at the heart of this special place. Under the night sky, reflected in the lake, you will hear the stories that tie the two together.

Dates and times

• Thursdays in July and August
• 9 pm to 11 pm
• Please come a bit early to get suited up
• If you have special concerns or requirements, please contact the Visitor Centre 2 days in advance and come 30 minutes early to talk with interpreters
• Go to the guided experiences schedule

• Visitors 16 and under require adult accompaniment
• Not recommended for children under 12

Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend, out of respect for other visitors who may like to join this tour. This program is in high demand and space is limited.

Cancellation is required a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
