Description

Waisisk Ketu′muaji / Singing for Animals: A Musical Experience!

Stories and connections are an essential part of the Kejimkujik camping experience. Join Parks Canada interpreters and visitors around the campfire for stories, songs and entertainment.

Join Mother Bear (Muini′skw), Marten (Apistane′wj) and a cast of Kejimkujik’s Species at Risk for a musical adventure across time! Through songs, stories and a bit of magic, these woodland friends reunite to celebrate the teachings of Netukulimk and the importance of caring for all our relations. Audience members are invited to sing along as animals return to the forest—one song at a time.

  • Gather around the campfire on benches or bring your own chair
  • Watch or participate in stories, songs, games, trivia and theatre
  • Enjoy a drink of blueberry iced tea
