Friends of Lower Fort Garry

Parks Canada formally collaborates with Friends of Lower Fort Garry to increase awareness of and support for the national historic site while also adding to the on-site experience.

Adventurers Day Camp

Friends of Lower Fort Garry runs the Adventurers Day Camp each summer for children ages six to 12. The camp features games, crafts, activities, adventures and historic costumes.

In 2026, the camp runs Monday to Friday between July 6 and Aug. 21.
