  • Sundae
  • Slush and floater with homemade syrup and coulis
  • Local fruit sherbet

For your soft ice cream, choose a milk or dark chocolate coating. Top your barbotine or floater with local fruit, chocolate or caramel coulis. Add a crunch of your choice: maple granola, brownie, biscoff, apple and cinnamon foccacia.
