Description

Paddle a giant 38-foot Mi’kmaw-style canoe on a quest to find Jim Charles’ gold. Join this intrepid expedition across Kejimkujik Lake, following clues from the tall tales of this renowned Mi’kmaw guide, combined with hints hidden in the natural and cultural history of his home. With skilled and talented guides at the helm, you’ll safely paddle in among the islands that dot Kejimkujik Lake.

• Wednesdays in July and August
• 6:30 pm to 9 pm
• Please come a bit early to get suited up
• If you have special concerns or requirements, please contact the Visitor Centre 2 days in advance and come 30 minutes early to talk with interpreters
• Go to the guided experiences schedule

Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend, out of respect for other visitors who may like to join this tour. This program is in high demand and space is limited.

Cancellation is required a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
