Fees

Georgian Bay Islands National Park has implemented collection of a daily admission fee for all visitors to the park. Parks Canada has an admission fee structure based on the level of service provided in each national park, historic site, and marine conservation area.

The admission fee will help to ensure that all visitors entering the park and personally benefitting from their park experience are paying fees to help offset the cost of the services and facilities they are using. Parks Canada fees are re-invested in the same places where they are collected to support operations such as visitor programs, services, and facilities, in addition to engaging visitors in conservation efforts.

As part of the Canada Strong Pass, the Government of Canada is offering free admission to national parks, national historic sites, and national marine conservation areas operated by Parks Canada and a 25 per cent discount on camping fees from June 19 to September 7, 2026. 

Regular fees still apply for other services like mooring, beaching, and reservation fees. Admission fees and regular camping fees apply outside of this period. The admission fee, along with other fees, can be paid at the Honey Harbour kiosk, Cedar Spring Campground visitor centre, or using self-registration forms available at each dock or campground.
