Admission fee update:, Outside of the Canada Strong Pass period (June 19 to September 7 2026), there is a daily admission fee for all visitors to Georgian Bay Islands National Park in addition to other applicable fees.

Georgian Bay Islands National Park is located 166 km from Toronto, near the community of Honey Harbour. Beausoleil Island is the only island in the park with visitor access and facilities, including docks, camping, roofed accommodations, and hiking trails.

Important Notice: This National Park is located on islands and is only accessible by boat. Park visitors must plan ahead and reserve boat transportation with Landmark Cruises for day visitation or with a licensed private water taxi for overnight camping.

How to get here

Georgian Bay Islands National Park is located 2 hours north of Toronto near Honey Harbour. The park is composed of 63 islands and is accessible by boat only.

Honey Harbour is located along Honey Harbour Rd/Muskoka District Road 5, on exit 156 off Highway 400.

Cabin and oTENTik access:
Visitors with a cabin or oTENTik reservation on Beausoleil Island can find park provided transportation at 2611 Honey Harbour road.

Landmark Cruises access:
Day visitors who have booked with Landmark Cruises should follow the directions provided to their access point in Honey Harbour, located at the Port of Honey Harbour, 1 Delawana Rd.
