Appeals
A decision on a development or discretionary use permit may be appealed to the Superintendent by the applicant. The appeal must be made within 14 days of a permit denial.
The appeal process is guided by relevant sections of the Town of Jasper Land Use Policy.
An appeal of a development permit must be made in writing to jasperdevelopment@pc.gc.ca and include the following information:
- identification of the property, the application, and the decision being disputed
- name and mailing address of the appellant
- specific reasons for the appeal
The Superintendent’s decision is final.
