Notice – Angling prohibited in Clyburn Brook
Cape Breton Highlands National Park
Effective immediately – until further notice
Pursuant to Section 35(1) of the National Parks of Canada Fishing Regulations and to provide for the continued protection and management of the natural resources of Cape Breton Highlands National Park; the Park Superintendent hereby authorizes the following restrictions to angling:
Due to low water level,
ANGLING PROHIBITED IN CLYBURN BROOK
until further notice.
ALL portions of the brook and its tributaries are closed. This includes scheduled waters from the bottom of A-Frame Pool and upstream AND the portion between A-Frame Pool and the park boundary at the mouth of the river.
