How to get there

La Mauricie National Park

Electric vehicle charging stations

Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available at the following locations:

  • Rivière à la Pêche parking lot
  • Shewenegan parking lot (out of service)

The charging stations are non-networked Level 2 charging stations, half are Tesla charging station units and half are J-1772 charging station units, for visitor use in La Mauricie National Park. These “destination” chargers allow vehicles to reach full charge in 4-6 hours.

To find information on charging station locations, consult plugshare.com.

La Mauricie National Park is located in the centre of Quebec, 60 km north of Trois-Rivières, halfway between Montréal and Québec City (200 km from Montreal and 190 km from Québec).

To access La Mauricie National Park, you have 2 options : the Saint-Mathieu entrance or the Saint-Jean-de-Piles entrance. Before you leave, consult the park map to find out which entrance to choose to get to your destination and avoid unnecessary kilometres.

Note: there are 64 km between the two entrances inside the park (via the Parkway), and 41 km outside the park.
