W8banaki et Andrew lodges
Heritage accommodations
The W8banaki and Andrew heritage lodges are located on the edge of the beautiful lac à la Pêche. They used to be part of the prestigious Laurentian Club, that was once frequented by illustrious Americans, including the Kennedy family. This hunting and fishing club was active in La Mauricie National Park at the time when the park was created in 1970.
W8banaki and Andrew lodges are accessible by a 3.7 km multi-use trail from the Saint-Gérard entrance. Visitors can get there by bike, on foot, or by cross-country ski. In summer and winter, a shuttle service is provided for visitors and their luggage.
You can book a family room, a room inside the dormitory, or the lodges in their entirety. The W8banaki lodge can accommodate up to 30 people, while the Andrew lodge can host up to 24 people. In summer and winter, visitors can rent bedding on site.
