Privacy Notice Statement – Attestation of Marine Activities
The personal information you provide is collected under the authority of section 8 of the Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park Act.
The information collected is used to manage pilot or guide certificates. This information may be shared with park wardens for investigation and, if necessary, to issue a notice of violation of the by-law or to suspend your certificate. Some information will be de-identified for use for research, planning, evaluation, statistical and reporting purposes.
Personal information is managed in accordance with section 8 of the Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park Act and the Privacy Act. You have the right to privacy, access and correction of your personal information, as described in the Parks Canada Agency-specific Personal Information Bank, Marine Activities Certification PC PPU 200.
