Want simplicity? Go for the oTENTik !
La Mauricie National Park
Halfway between a tent and a rustic cottage, the oTENTik offers a hassle-free immersion in nature. Beds, table and chairs, utensils and dishes, BBQ, everything is in place to ensure a quality experience with a minimum of equipment and maximum comfort.
This is the ideal way to learn about camping or to treat yourself to a little luxury in the wilderness.
Bringing firewood into national parks from outside is prohibited . It is important to purchase wood from the park and burn it on site. Diseases and insects can survive in the wood and spread to the surrounding forest. A single log can destroy millions of trees. It is also forbidden to light or maintain fires other than in fireplaces and to use dead or live wood from the park forest.
